Affiliate_ Commission Plan, List & Campaigns

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on configuring commission plans, creating new affiliate accounts, and how affiliates can generate their own invitation links.

Commission Plan

A Commission Plan defines the rules, metrics, and payout structure used to evaluate affiliate performance and calculate commissions. It is the foundational configuration for the affiliate program.

What is a Commission Plan?

A Commission Plan sets the criteria for evaluating an affiliate’s promotional performance and determines how payments are issued based on measurable activities such as acquisitions, leads, or revenue generated.

Creating a Commission Plan

1. In the Sidebar navigation menu, go to Affiliate > Commission Plans to view all existing plans.

2. Click the “+Add Commission Plan” button to create a new plan. Select a Base Currency, enter a Plan Name, and set the activation status.

3. Up to four statistical standards can be enabled to evaluate affiliate performance. Each standard includes its own commission configuration.

3.1 CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)

CPA compensates affiliates based on the number of successfully acquired users. An example of a successful acquisition may be a player completing registration and achieving the first deposit requirement.

3.1.1 Commission Type Options

Flat (Fixed Unit Price):

• Each valid conversion earns the same fixed commission amount.

• Commission: Enter the fixed value.

Flat by Countries:

• Configure different fixed payouts by player registration country.

• Country: Select from dropdown.

• Commission: Enter the payout for that region.

• Add Countries: Add additional country groups.

• Add All Other Countries Option: Define default payout for all unspecified countries.

Progressive (Tier-Based):

• Unit price increases after meeting defined performance thresholds.

• Supported metrics:

- FTD Amount (First Deposit Amount)

- Monthly FTD Count

- Total Deposits

- Deposits Amount

• Add Range: Define tier boundaries and payout values.

Progressive by Countries:

• Create independent progressive tiers for specific country groups.

• Add Group of Countries: Create country groups with unique tier logic.

• Add All Other Countries Option: Define fallback tiers.

3.1.2 Qualification Configuration

The following eligibility conditions may be applied to determine valid CPA conversions:

• Minimum FTD Amount

• Minimum Deposits Count

• Minimum Deposits Amount

• Minimum Bets Count

• Minimum Bets Amount

• Time-limited requirements such as completing an action within X days after registration or first deposit

• Player Status Details: Limit which player states are included.

3.1.3 Advanced Options

• Hold Period: Defines the duration conversions remain in Pending status before being updated automatically.

• During the Hold Period, conversions are not finalized. Upon expiration, they transition to the status defined in the plan.

3.2 RevShare (Revenue Share)

RevShare allows affiliates to earn a share of the revenue generated by their referred players. This model rewards long-term player value.

3.2.1 Revenue Basis Options

GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue):

Formula: GGR = Payout - Bet

Represents all game revenue before deductions.

NGR (Net Gaming Revenue):

Formula: NGR = Payout - Bet

Represents net loss from the cash wallet, commonly used for net-based revenue share models.

3.2.2 Negative Carryover Handling

• Discard: Negative revenue does not carry forward and resets to zero each period.

• Carry to Next Period: Negative revenue is carried to the next cycle and offsets future revenue.

3.2.3 Commission Types

RevShare supports the same commission structures as CPA: Flat, Flat by Countries, Progressive, and Progressive by Countries.

3.2.4 Qualification Conditions

Similar to CPA qualification rules.

Additional configuration: Total RevShare Commission Limit caps payouts per player or per billing period.

3.3 CPL (Cost Per Lead)

CPL rewards affiliates when referred users register successfully without requiring a deposit. Supports Flat, Flat by Countries, Progressive, and Progressive by Countries models.

3.4 Flat Fee

Flat Fee provides a fixed payment for exposure or promotional activities such as purchasing advertising placements.

4. Example Configuration Using CPA

4.1 Flat Model Example

A fixed commission rate applies to all valid conversions.

• Hold Period: Defines how long conversions remain Pending before they finalize.

Example: Each referred player who reaches cumulative deposits equal to 10,000 NGN earns the affiliate 2,000 NGN, regardless of the player’s country or currency.

4.2 Flat by Countries Example

• Different unit prices applied based on country of registration.

Example: A referred player with cumulative deposits of 10,000 NGN earns:

• 2,000 NGN if the registration IP is Nigeria.

• 3,000 NGN if the registration IP is any other country.

4.3 Progressive Model Example

• Payout increases as performance thresholds are met.

Example: Total FTD across all valid users in the settlement cycle determines the applicable tier and payout.

4.4 Progressive by Countries Example

Combines 4.2 and 4.3 by applying progressive tiers with regional differentiation.
