Go-Live Checklist – Operator User Guide

Before your site officially goes live, please ensure that all the items below have been completed. This guide will help you verify that your site is fully prepared for launch.


1. Domain Setup

Please make sure both your frontend and backoffice domains have been properly configured and resolved.

You can review and configure your domains here: Path: Operators → Domains Ensure that domain DNS records are correctly set and pointing to the appropriate service endpoints.


2. CMS Setup

Please complete all CMS configurations according to your brand requirements, including:

  • Logos & Branding

  • Account Settings

  • Registration Limit

  • Social Media Links

  • Homepage Banners

  • Betting Record Display Settings

  • Other site content configurations

3. Live Chat Integration

Please provide us with the live chat provider you plan to use. If integration support is required, our team will assist to ensure your customer service functions operate smoothly upon launch.


4. Gamification Setup

Please review the configuration of the gamification system, including:

  • Currency

  • Deposit Rewards

  • VIP System

We provide default settings, but we recommend verifying that they meet your business requirements.

If adjustments are needed:

  • For Individual Sites: You may directly modify the settings by clicking Customization in the backoffice and applying the changes yourself.

  • For Non-Individual Sites or if assistance is required: Please contact our support team for configuration help.


5. Final Setup Before Go-Live

If your site operates as an Individual Operator, please make a 2,000 USD deposit into your company account before going live.

Path: Finance → Balance Once completed, please notify us so we can schedule your Go-Live.

After confirming all items above are completed, please contact your account manager or our support team. We will proceed with arranging your official Go-Live.
